TradeSmart University was founded for the purpose of making the seemingly complex issues of stock market trading accessible to anybody with a desire to learn. It is our mission to create the most accessible, easy-to-understand, comprehensive trading education on the planet. Training is conducted through Online Seminars (webinars) and consists of a complete, holistic approach to stock trading. One of the features of the TradeSmart Learning System is the concept of interval recall, a learning technique commonly used in foreign language education. By using interval recall students learn difficult topics in small chunks and move forward to the next topic. Then the student is led back to the original topic and builds upon the former pieces of information. This learning system allows students to easily move through traditionally difficult material while increasing comprehension. Foundations of Stocks and Options is the flagship course of TradeSmart University.  The complete program includes twenty-four lessons and lays an essential foundation for those wishing to be active traders. The course begins with the basics of technical analysis and progresses through advanced trading topics. Students who complete all twenty-four classes will have a solid foundation to trade during any market condition wether they chose to use stocks or options.

Two of the unique features of the Foundations series are The Anatomy of a Trade, and the TradeSmart Practice to Profits System. In The Anatomy of a Trade, students are presented a checklist to walk through before placing a trade. When all the criteria are met in their analysis, a good trade is setup. Through multiple levels of confirmation students are trained to reduce the emotional urge to enter inappropriate trades.

The TradeSmart Practice to Profits system is the lynchpin of the program which transforms the education for students from head and book knowledge into active in depth trading skills. The system is designed to drill analysis principles and accelerate the student’s learning curve to success. The nature of the system allows students to move forward at their own pace so they can learn as quickly or slowly as they wish.  The system develops fluidity in trading as well as psychological discipline and confidence.

The complete Foundations of Stocks and Options program is broken into three levels, each featuring eight classes that are roughly 90 minutes each.  The entire program includes over 36 hours of live, online training. Students have the ability to ask questions and receive immediate feedback from either the instructor or the class moderator. Each class also includes a notebook, study guides, and many other resources.
